Paulson & Nace attorney Christopher T. Nace became a member of the West Virginia State Bar on January 25, 2011 at a swearing in ceremony held in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Nace’s admission was moved for by D. Michael Burke, of the Martinsburg firm of Burke, Schultz, Harman and Jenkinson.
Paulson & Nace handles complex medical malpractice and medical negligence cases throughout the state of West Virginia as well as in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Senior partner Barry J. Nace has been a member of the West Virginia Bar for several years. Christopher Nace, along with supervising counsel, has tried and participated in multiple West Virginia cases. Paulson & Nace works closely with Burke, Schultz to represent victims of medical negligence in West Virginia.
Christopher Nace stated that “Anytime you become a member of a bar it is an honor coupled with an obligation to uphold the law. I am particularly humbled to be admitted to the West Virginia bar because over the past few years I have seen the commitment to justice that West Virginia juries bring to the courthouse. They very clearly want to do the right thing for their peers.”

Christopher Nace is also a member of the state bars of Georgia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. and is admitted to several courts in those jurisdictions, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
